As a Compiler Developer (m/f/d) you are part of our competent development team and implement new functionalities and project requirements independently or organize them in the team.
YOUR TASKS:
- You meet the challenge to participate in our team in the development of a converter for the standard database formats.
- You will take care of the functions in the navigation area and you will adapt the converter parameters to the different common database formats.
- You are involved throughout the entire development process and independently analyze requirements, coordinate them with the customer and document the results accordingly.
- In coordination with the software team, you independently implement new functions and then test them directly on a small test bench at the workplace.
- You take responsibility for the developed modules and coordinate them closely within the team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Through your studies, your apprenticeship, your work experience or your hobby of many years you have gained profound knowledge in the field of software development.
- The common database formats like GDF and OSM are well known to you.
- You have previous experience in Navigation Data Standard (NDS) and Physical Storage Format (PSF) and know the relevant specifications.
- You are no stranger to the terms incremental or partial update.
- You have very good and profound knowledge in the programming language C++ and are an enthusiastic programmer (m/f/d).
- You work in an international team and communication in German and English are no problem for you.
- You find it easy to familiarize yourself with complex topics and applications, you derive the best solutions and actively drive their implementation.
- You have an analytical and structured way of working and work systematically, efficiently and conscientiously.
